Consolidated Edison Development's Commitment to Renewable Energy

Consolidated Edison, Inc., parent company of Con Edison Development, has publicly announced a capital investment of $450 million in renewable energy during the next three years through its unregulated subsidiaries.

Con Edison Development will consider developing, owning and operating a range of solar, wind, bio-diesel, flywheels and energy storage installations in the Northeast.

The company’s renewable energy project pipeline spans New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and totals more than 150 MW of generation capacity.
